I recently stayed at the resort and my experience was a blend of highs and lows. The rooms were spacious, but I noticed a musty smell which detracted from the comfort. While some staff members were professional and attentive, the service overall left much to be desired. The location was picturesque, with beautiful pools and landscaping, but the dining options were quite limited and repetitive, which was disappointing for a luxury resort. Overall, the experience didn't quite meet my expectations.

Our trip to Puerto Vallarta was quite the mixed bag. The hotel had some fantastic aspects, like the beach and room space, but the dining options left a lot to be desired. The service from the beach staff was excellent, adding to the overall experience. However, the lack of engaging activities and mediocre food definitely dampened our enthusiasm for returning.

The room on the second floor was lovely and spacious, featuring a big king-sized bed and an ocean view that was absolutely gorgeous. It was clean and well-appointed, with a nice bath, a separate shower, and even a jacuzzi on the balcony.

The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping everything clean, and the beach servers, especially Julio and Alberto, were incredibly attentive and friendly. However, check-in left a bit to be desired as the receptionist didn't provide much information.

The location was excellent, right on the beach with stunning views. It would have been even better with a bit of upgrading to the shade canopies by the pool, as they looked quite worn from the balcony.

Dining was a letdown overall, with options that felt limited and often disappointing, especially at the buffet and a la carte restaurants. It seemed you had to know what to ask for to get the best choices available.

The facilities were adequate, with a beautiful infinity pool area that we enjoyed, but it was frustrating that drinks weren't allowed in the pool. The beach was nice, which made up for some of the facility limitations.

We had a fantastic time at Dreams resort! The service was outstanding, especially from our server Jair at the Oceana restaurant, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience special. The activities offered, like volleyball and tequila tastings, kept us entertained. However, we did encounter some issues with equipment availability and cleanliness around certain areas of the pool, which detracted a bit from our experience.
