Wyndham Alltra Vallarta, All-Inclusive Resort, Nuevo Vallarta

I recently stayed at the resort and my experience was a blend of highs and lows. The rooms were spacious, but I noticed a musty smell which detracted from the comfort. While some staff members were professional and attentive, the service overall left much to be desired. The location was picturesque, with beautiful pools and landscaping, but the dining options were quite limited and repetitive, which was disappointing for a luxury resort. Overall, the experience didn't quite meet my expectations.

Our trip to Puerto Vallarta was quite the mixed bag. The hotel had some fantastic aspects, like the beach and room space, but the dining options left a lot to be desired. The service from the beach staff was excellent, adding to the overall experience. However, the lack of engaging activities and mediocre food definitely dampened our enthusiasm for returning.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the views from my sea view room were stunning and the pools were enjoyable, several service aspects left much to be desired. The dining options were hit or miss, with some excellent meals overshadowed by poor service in certain restaurants. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I expected more from a Dreams resort.

We had a fantastic time at Dreams resort! The service was outstanding, especially from our server Jair at the Oceana restaurant, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience special. The activities offered, like volleyball and tequila tastings, kept us entertained. However, we did encounter some issues with equipment availability and cleanliness around certain areas of the pool, which detracted a bit from our experience.
